	Le Bastidon (4 Rooms) Le Bastidon is one of the Residences of the hotel Château de Valmer, located on the hill, in the park of the hotel overlooking the vinyard & the palm grove. This is a modern private villa of 190 square meters, with air-conditionned which consists in one kitchen fully furnished,opened in a big living room, with a large terrace, one parental suite with big shower,another twin-rooms, 2 separated lavatories,and on ground floor : two double rooms , one with twin-beds, the other with double bed, each one with private shower & lavatory, opened on a terrace & private garden. The hotel provide safe in the Bastidon, Tv set, phone, air-conditioned. Check in/Check-out : 5.00pm/10 am. Someone will clean the house every day.	-	-	9500	10500

Early departure: In the case of early departure, the total amount of the stay will be due. Failure to arrive: The entire deposit will be kept by the establishment. The client's failure to arrive will automatically entail the cancellation of the stay.
